Really bad experience

We had a huge crack in our shower floor that couldn’t be fixed, so they just put a rubber mat on it. Super unsafe! We stayed for 2 nights and it was such a hassle. The breakfast was decent, but that didn’t make up for the terrible room situation. Not even an apology or discount from the staff.

Our King Room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of exploring. The staff showed great hospitality. they allowed an early check-in, which was a lifesaver for us after our early travel. Breakfast was a plus. however, it ended early at 9 AM, which caught us off guard on the last day. We could've used a bit more variety in the breakfast spread since it felt limited. On the downside, our elevator was out of service during our stay, adding some inconvenience, especially when lugging luggage up to the second floor. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, but a bit more attention to breakfast options and elevator maintenance would really enhance the experience.

Had a great time with friends exploring the Tampa Riverwalk and checking out the Florida Aquarium. The hotel is in a prime spot for adventures in west central Florida. Just a quick drive to see dolphins at Clearwater Marine Aquarium or enjoy a relaxing afternoon at a beautiful golf course nearby.
